How Online Counseling Works

· First step is to verify the credentials of your Therapist. Click here to find a Counselor.

· Next, complete the free questionnaire to see if E-Counselors is right for you. Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire, you will be notified via email within 24 hours to set up a time for your first session. The email will provide specific instructions for making payment through PayPal. Click here for the questionnaire.

· If you opted for Online Session(s), come back to this website at your appointment time and click on the below. Enter your first name in the pop-up box along with your email address, and click the CONTINUE button. The online chat will then begin.

· If you opted for Email Session(s), you will receive your first (or only) email within 24 hours of payment to PayPal. Further instructions will be in the email(s).

Payments are made using PayPal.

Fees

E-Counselors uses a free secure chat software to conduct online counseling and coaching sessions. No downloads are required. In addition, E-Counselors can provide counseling through email, either an individual email or a series of emails. Payment is made through Paypal (see below). Sessions are timed based on the fee structure.
